You got diagnosed with IBS

You've tried many things but found that nothing worked or maybe it worked for a little while but not consistently.

Your coworkers ask if you're okay

You excuse yourself from meetings. They know something's up, but they don't know what. They don't understand what it's like. They may even joke about it. But there's a point at which bloating, gas, urgency, diarrhea and/or constipation isn't funny anymore.

You feel scared and stressed

You're uncertain of when symptoms may strike and confused about what will trigger them. You worry about job security because you miss so much work. You cancel social plans because you aren't feeling well.

You dislike how you look and feel

Your clothes don't fit comfortably because your stomach is bloated. You feel self-conscious about your image. You worry that your intimacy with your partner or spouse is affected.

Pause and ask yourself...

"How much more fulfilling could life be?"

"If I could stop planning life around proximity to bathrooms?"
"If I could fully embrace my social life again?"
"If I felt great in my clothes because I could zip my pants at the end of the day!"

Some of the results my clients experience:

  • Feel better than they have in years, sometimes decades.

  • Have confidence in knowing their dietary triggers.

  • Enjoy socializing again, without fear of symptoms interfering.

  • Feel more physically connected with their partner or spouse.

  • Feel proud of who they see in the mirror.

Life can be sweet again...

SUCCESS STORIES

Joan S

"At 69 years old, I had been suffering from bowel problems for almost 30 years. They were getting progressively worse with a couple of them sending me to the emergency room with pain and/or diarrhea. Then, about 1 1⁄2 years ago I went through months of bouts of pain and diarrhea, some of them out in public that were inconvenient, to say the least. I was referred to a GI specialist and that led to 6 months of lots and lots of tests and the result was IBS when everything else was ruled out... The FODMAP elimination phase went very well, the reintroduction phase, not so well as I was not armed with enough information to do it correctly. I ended up in an almost month long pain/diarrhea phase that I could not seem to get out of. I found Kate through a recommendation from a low FODMAP support group, contacted her and the rest has been pretty smooth sailing. The initial 1 1⁄2 hour consult got me back on track and she helped me with reintroduction until I had gone through all the food groups. The final consult set the stage for eating for the rest of my life. I know that if I need her help again, she will be there. As my husband told me....”this is going to be a moving target” and if I need additional support, I know where to get it. I know I could not have done this on my own. Thanks again, Kate!"

"I have been searching for most of my life to find answers to my complicated digestive issues. After meeting with multiple speciality doctors and having no results, I learned of the Low Fodmap diet. Navigating it by myself was very difficult, so I enlisted the help of Kate Watson to help me on my journey. I can honestly say she has been the largest positive contributor in helping me get healthy and learn my digestive triggers. She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and utilizes her knowledge to assess multiple angles for a holistic approach to wellness. Working with Kate Watson has been the best approach I could have taken towards healing. Thank you!"

"A master trainer in the FODMAP Diet! If it wasn’t for Kate, I would certainly not be able to even get through the basics of the FODMAP diet!  I was totally overwhelmed but I knew that I needed it! After the phone appointment I was impressed with her manner, knowledge, and understanding!  I could finally get started! The next day she emailed me so many helpful things that really got me going! It is obvious to me that Kate is truly a professional who really cares about helping you! I would definitely not even hesitate to recommend her!"

"You have really changed my life! No running for a bathroom, no bloating, no need to wear those "pads" in underwear. No fear in what to eat!! ... I never thought I would find a solution. When I heard about the FODMAPS diet I thought it would be too difficult to follow and was not sure if it would work. My concept has changed! There is light at the end of the tunnel!"
